"Deluxe Announce" is a plugin for the popular Minecraft server software, SpigotMC, created by STN Studios. The plugin allows server administrators to easily create and manage custom announcements on their servers. These announcements can include text, images (Skin in chat), and can be scheduled to play at specific intervals or triggered by events such as player joins or server restarts. Additionally, server administrators can also customize the appearance of the announcements, such as text color and more. Aumatic messages

Aumatic messages, you can send automatic messages such as avatar (player skin), titles, actionbar, bossbar, permissions (permissions to see the ad), simple (without the player skin).
You can send automatic messages in certain regions and worlds.
You can send messages every second, minute, hour, day!

BungeeCord

In this version of bungeecord most features do not work like sounds, particles, fireworks and bossbar.
If players login with version later than 1.16 the player skin in the chat will contain errors.
It is recommended to use spigot from 1.8.8 to 1.19, if you use 1.19x you will get the best experience of this great plugin due to the change in the chat, now you can see the player's skin in full color!
This plugin is not intended to be used in bungeecord and this version will be discontinued in the future!
The JSON message function is not available in bungeecord and in the avatar function (the player's skin in the chat).
JSON messages are only available in titles, actionbar and books, it does not work if you have the messages configured in AVATAR (the player's skin in the chat).
JSON messages works only on simple messages I mean sending messages without the player's skin in the chat. Example:
