VIP ChatControl Red - Format & Filter Chat v10.27.9

Updated and tested to support Minecraft 1.21.1. We're still supporting 1.7.10, but with ChatControl Red we'll bump it up to 1.8.8 at the very least.

Developer Progress: We started rewriting ChatControl at the same time as Foundation 7. Universal support for Adventure and MiniMessage (legacy and color-coded) with Spigot support, Paper 1.8.8-1.21.1 is not a straightforward process, so I'm still tweaking the bridge interfaces to make the code work on those platforms. The new ETA for ChatControl 11 is late August through September.

Adds compatibility with 1.21.1.

I'm working on rewriting the Adventure core and adding global support for MiniMessage.

Developer's Diary: Update requirements will not cause the update to be sent faster. The number of claims from some members of the community is, to put it mildly, shameful.

I'm 26 years old and life is very different from when I first installed ChatControl in 2013 when I was in school. People who bought it for $9.99 years ago and continue to get free updates expect world-class support, and that's not going to happen.

It's a hobby plugin, updated as much as you can, just like all other Minecraft plugins. If you cannot accept this, please stop using ChatControl immediately.
